Pure Michigan launches its fall advertising campaign

Like the tree leaves across the state, the advertisements of Pure Michigan are altering with the seasons. Recently, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation declared that autumnal Pure Michigan advertisements on radio stations, billboards and televisions would air regionally from now till 1st October.
Michigan Economic Development Corporations senior VP of Marketing and Public Relations Leslie Hornung told that along with the fall season, come a host of unique, seasonal travel activities as well as a colorful new landscape to relish everything from bike rides to brewery tours, the fall travel season is a great scope to build on the momentum they saw throughout the summer, and offer travelers another reason to visit Michigan.
The ads would run in regional market that includes cities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio as well as Southern Ontario in Canada. A lot of the markets would see new fall billboards, as well as buses in Chicago would receive the autumn themed Pure Michigan wraps.
The ad campaign would be balanced by fall themes on the website -Michigan.org as well as Pure Michigan social mediums. Five spots would run on TV, including Open Road, released this year. According to reports, the total fall ad budget is US$ 1.3 million that includes US$ 653263 in funding backed by thirteen private sectors.
